Q4 is hiring for our Support group, where our success is literally built on our excellent responsiveness and assistance to clients day in and day out.

This could be a great opportunity for you if you:

  • Enjoy working with people and think it will be fun to work directly with clients
  • Have experience with content management systems
  • Already have advanced HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Know the basics of Photoshop, Javascript and JQuery

First and foremost, as a Client Support Representative you will need to respond to support tickets in a timely manner. You will need to learn how to prioritize items and how to escalate issues based on importance. You will need to have good communication and writing skills, as you will need to be able to give directions and advice to clients on how to add items and perform tasks on their website. Training experience would be an asset as well.

As a Client Support Representative, you’ll use and develop valuable technical and professional skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, website optimization, training, and customer service. You’ll work with the Q4 Web content management system to help our publicly traded clients with fixes and content changes to keep their websites up to date and compliant with regulatory standards.

You’ll also be at the forefront of obtaining experience with social media, as we are distinguished as the only provider in our industry with social media integration, including leading edge integration with Twitter, Facebook, SlideShare, YouTube, Flickr, LinkedIn, StockTwits, and others.

Our Support group is a launching point for career opportunities in our other groups, including Product Development, Implementations, and non-technical groups such as Client Services. We will help look out for your professional development with training and encourage you to be your best.
