Product Overview - Q4 is a flexible and proven web platform gives investor relations professionals easy control to strategically manage their corporate and investor website and online communications. Q4 Web integrates with any website and includes over 30 best practice modules and investor tools as well as automated website disclosure compliance records. Its comprehensive integration of social media lets you publish to your website and social channels simultaneously. Using Q4 can help your company increase awareness,reduce risk and build better relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Content Management - Allows you to control every aspect of your website, not just your Investor section, including all site content, functionality and navigation. The system allows you to change text, images, add or move pages (along with the entire navigational tree) and modify the layout of pages. It allows you to create templates and new sections and even allows you to create stand-alone mini-sites. This eliminates reliance on external technical services to manage updates to your site and gives you greater control over the timing of your online disclosure.

Financial Widgets - Press Releases, Events, Presentations, Financial Reports and SEC Filings are now available as Widgets. Each Widget is 100% configurable in terms of what data is displayed, how it is displayed and what level of interactivity.  

Social Widgets - allow you to aggregate social content from across the web onto your website. Supported channels include: YouTube, Vimeo, SlideShare, Flickr, Twitter StockTwits and Facebook.  Each Widget can be configured with specific user account, tags, search terms etc, allowing for an unlimited freedom in how social content is integrated in the corporate website.  As with all Q4 Widgets these can also be embedded on 3rd party websites, such as the company’s blog, or other websites.

RSS Widgets - Content accessible by RSS can now be pulled into a Q4 Widget and seamlessly displayed alongside corporate website content. This allows for external blogs, websites, news sources etc. to be easily integrated and displayed on corporate websites. 

JSON Feeds - All Widget content listed above is also available in a JSON feed format. This means content such as press releases, events, reports and financial data are no longer connected to a specific display, but instead are published as structured data, that can be designed in literally any layout and interactivity. 

Real-time integration of social media content - Q4’s social media integration enhances client websites by automatically including content from YouTube, Vimeo, Slideshare and Flickr. Once content is published to any of the aforementioned sites, it is automatically pulled into your website and organized by tags.

Simultaneous Web Publishing - Direct integration with Twitter, Facebook and Bit.ly APIs allows for real-time simultaneous publishing to both of these platforms along with email alerts and RSS feeds. Real-time simultaneous web publishing alleviates compliance issues relating to selective disclosure so information can be accessed on all channels at the same time. Using RSS feeds to publish your content to Twitter and Facebook can result in various delays due to how RSS works and the reliance on third party services.

Real-time Alert Filters - As press releases, presentations, events or reports are published through Q4, real-time alert filters read the content and distribute it automatically to email, Twitter and Facebook. For example, press releases can now be searched as they cross the wire in real-time and depending on the content, be sent to different email lists, your Twitter account and company Facebook page.

Content Tagging - Tags are like keywords that you can add to any content to make it easier to find later. For example, during earnings as you add content such as events, presentations and reports you include a tag associated with that event such as Q110. This will then auto assemble the content into a Q1 earnings page, and any content you add to the site with the Q110 tag will automatically be added to this page. Similarly, you can tag content with “Briefcase” and it will be automatically added to an investor briefcase page on the site. Tagging your content allows pages and lists throughout the site to be easily generated at any time.

Interactive Stock Quote and Historical Lookup - Includes both a summary and detailed interactive chart. Interactive charts allow users to modify: Time Frame, Frequency, Comparison, Chart Type and Events.  Users can enter any date in history and obtain a detailed quote for that day.

Integrated Slideshare, YouTube and Vimeo - Presentations, videos and documents are distributed through popular social networks such as SlideShare, YouTube which enables investors and stakeholders to quickly share your content to their favorite social network such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn for increased exposure to millions of retail and institutional investors.

SEC Filings in Word, Excel, PDF and HTML - All of your SEC filings are now available in various formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, HTML, and XBRL. This allows current or potential shareholders the ability to download and analyze the information in their preferred format.

Interactive XBRL Data - Q4’s web platform now delivers a highly accurate real-time rendering of XBRL-tagged SEC filings enabling users to review, customize, or share Financial statements can be viewed interactively from the IR website giving all investors more meaningful information that is easier to find, download and analyze.

Automated Press & News Releases - All of your press releases submitted to the newswire are automatically picked-up and deposited into your IR Portal and displayed in all appropriate areas on the site. Gives you the option to post manually or through data feeds (which can be integrated from any newswire) and can be automatically segmented by country.

Full-text RSS and Email Alerts - Allows you to keep your investors and stakeholders informed and engaged at all times with full-text versions of RSS feeds and email alerts for news, events, presentations and webcasts. Segmented RSS feeds, and email alerts allow for any content type to be subscribed to for updates. For example: financial reports, presentations, events, press releases, filings.

Import & export mailing lists - Gives you the ability to easily import an existing email list or export to use for an external email campaign or for use within another department.

Events calendar - Lets you manage all of your events and post them simultaneously to your events calendar as well as any other sections specified such as the home page and investor index page. You get significant flexibility in terms of how the calendar displays – for example, can display as a list with information & associated assets (eg. downloads) or as an actual calendar. It also gives users the ability to download events to their calendar. Once a user downloads an event into their calendar they can choose a timeframe i.e. one week, 3 days or one day in advance to be reminded about the upcoming event.

Flickr Photo Galleries - Using the new Photo Gallery module, you can easily add and manage an unlimited number of photos. Clients typically use this for the large number of photos associated to projects and operations. Users are able to quickly flip between photos without having to reload the entire page. We can also include functionality to download images.

Video Galleries - All videos are housed in one area, but can be embedded throughout your site to tie in to relevant content. You can post videos on popular social channels like YouTube & Vimeo, embed them on your site and share through Facebook and Twitter. Embedded videos load quickly which makes it easier for your content to be shared and viewed across the web.

Google Maps - Embed Google maps to show the location of your operations. Includes all of the features of Google maps, including satellite photography.

Search - Q4 integrates site wide Search to allow users to access information by searching key words. Of course the effective use of Quick Links and Relational Content lessen the need for Search functionality.

Approve Press Release via Email - As a press release crosses the wire, an email alert will be sent to specified individuals within your company for approval. Once they view the title and confirm the release is correct they click on a link in the email which automatically sends it out to your email subscribers. This feature gives you an improved balance of automation and control over your content.

‘Word-like’ Editor - Provides a familiar and easy-to-use editor for all of your website content. Virtually all formatting and functionality found in Word, is included in the Q4 content editor. The editor also provides the automatic conversion of content to HTML, so it’s easy to ‘cut and paste’ from Word.

Site Wide Preview - Q4 allows you to easily preview changes as they will appear live on the site. The preview displays the entire site with full navigational capability - not just a restricted section or limited view.

Scalable Workflow - Depending on the size of your team (1-20) workflow helps to manage content and ensures that only approved content is posted to your website. As changes are made and submitted to the system, an email is sent to prompt the next person in the approval process. This allows for the comprehensive control of all content creation, approval, staging and publication. And it means no more emails to draft and no contacts to chase down in order to facilitate approvals.

‘Website Recording’ Technology - Q4 records all changes made to the website in real-time. This includes all pages, content (presentations, downloads, video), images and data feeds. The system creates a verifiable audit trail and enables site managers to instantly retrieve fully-functioning replicas of the site as it appeared at any point in time. The searchable record allows you to access detailed information through an easy-to-user Web interface. 

Start and Stop Times for Content - Every piece of content in the system can be set to go live at a future date. Content can also be set to come off the site at a future date and time (and Q4 allows you to time-shift to these dates to verify in advance that your content will be on or off the site at the times you have requested).

Automated workflow/approvals - Workflow helps to manage content and ensures that only approved content is posted to your website. Secure Pages - Q4 allows you to offer a secure area on your site for password protected individuals such as employees or Board of Directors.
